Nathan Peterson is a self-taught photographer based in Montana, USA.

Growing up in Montana provoked an active lifestyle, so most of Nathan's free time was spent on the slopes in the winter and on trails in the summer. Due to a deep fascination of space, he began photography at the age of fifteen in order to get a deeper look at the night sky. Naturally, these hobbies met and developed a passion for 3am trail breaks, twelve-hour drives & a taste for coffee.

Nathan's biggest inspiration lies within the mountains of Northwest Montana, specifically Glacier National Park. Glacier has served as his stomping ground for the last four years - prompting a move to Whitefish in 2019. With that, Peterson seeks to find new perspectives & views on every trip, while creating awareness of mankind's impact on earth and encouraging preservation on social media.
